Yes, we're keeping http://www.gnu.org/software/stump/ as a redirect to the
package's former website at http://www.algebra.com/~ichudov/stump/ for the
time being. We're planning on creating a new website for STUMP, at which
point we'll arrange for the redirect to be disabled.
