Details:
For some reason I am unable to unlock bug #62107. In fact, I cannot change
anything about it. It seems the Lock does not just lock the discussion, but
locks everything. :|
(This didn't use to be this way. I remember that a few months ago I unlocked
an item and it worked fine.)
