Details:
When adding comments to a bug report on savannah, I no longer receive any
email notification. That used to work a few days ago.
E.g.: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?62470 where I didn't receive a
notification for comment #1 or #2.
Other users report the same:

Additionally, users reported that they couldn't register on savannah because
they didn't receive the confirmation message:
