newlines seemingly disappeared in Savannah project pages. I noticed that in my project (https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/alisp) where the text has become one block without paragraphs, but I saw the same thing elsewhere, for example in https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/screen/.
