As far as I can tell, the definitions of a bug tracker's "field values" are
visible only to the tracker administrator.
That means I have to send emails like this:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2024-08/msg00015.html
Can we expose this content to the public somehow, ideally so it can be easily
consulted from the browsing and "Submit new" interfaces?
