At the end of http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?60927#comment10 is a lengthy URL.
However, savannah does not recognize the entire URL as a URL; the clickable
portion of it cuts off at the third "=". This is especially curious as
savannah clearly does not consider the = character a URL delimiter, since the
first two _are_ included in the URL.
