When attempting to browse the svn repo
https://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/texmacs/, most of the time I get "error
502 : Bad gateway" or sometimes "error 504 : gateway timeout".
When retrying many times (typically 5 times or so) you may eventually obtain
the web page, but then it is loading very slowly.
This has been so for some months now.
