I've added some error processing related to file uploads; it works for files
like 3.5MB long (the comment is added, and a warning is displayed), but for
files about 10MB, the behavior is the same: it reloads the page with no
diagnostics, I have no idea why.

As a side effect, the 'Preview' button resets attached files, but all at once.
