Since a few days, I'm not able to download attachments from bug reports on
Savannah. E.g.,
https://file.savannah.gnu.org/file/fix-68028.cset?file_id=58233 leads to an
error page instead of downloading that file.
As far as I can tell, this is not specific to my account or browser. But other
users have the same issue.
