1. Source codes of CPAM project based upon is avaiable at ftp://support.thewrittenword.com. 2. Here is the notes to read the source code. 2.1 get the sbutils-1.*.*.[sb|pb] file, it is in zip format. 2.2 unzip -d extraced *.[sb|pb] 3.
