About your question:
The syntax "Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 copyright-holder" is only a
suggestion from the FSF, not a must.
But you can write 30years in that syntax without any problem, I think....
Because of the README files:
"All files within this directory are Copyright © 2005 Pol Danilov"
is not enough. That's the copyright notice but the license notice is still
missing. Please add the notices as usual from the license in *all* of your
README file, too.
"This program is free software; you can redistribute [...]"
