For the Copyright notices have a look at http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for the others see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html. Futhermore doc/*html, doc/TUTORIAL, doc/gnut_docs/{HACKING,INSTALL,README} lack information about License and Copyright as well. We recommend that you use the GNU FDL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt) for these files.
