Hi,
If you want to change the license from LGPL to GPL you just need to update
the files you have copyrighted and make the changes I have pointer out in my
previous reply, but in this case for the GPL.
I cannot aprove your project unless it complies properly and unambigously
with the GPL. If you need more time before you release the project please let
me know. And if you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah,
please register it again.
