==== Description: ====
dbcommand is a command line tool that unifies command line tools for
databases and gives them a uniform look and feel. It uses DBURL for specifying
the database.

Currently the command line tool 'mysql' for MySQL, 'psql' for PostgreSQL, and
'sqlplus' for Oracle.

This means these would work:

  dbcommand mysql://user:pa55w...@mysqlserver/database
  dbcommand oracle://scott:ti...@oracleserver/xe "select * from users"
  echo "select 1+2" | dbcommand postgresql://user:pa55w...@pg.example.com/db

The dburls can be stored as aliases for convenient access through the command
line.
wraps command line tools for databases. It uses DBURL as syntax for
specifying the database.

==== Other Software Required: ====
Perl + Artistic license + www.perl.org
