Sorry for delay in processing your submission, we're short of volunteers.
In project registration form you have selected GPLv2+ license while (invalid)
copyright headers in your source files are for LGPL. Please read
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html for instructions how to use LGPL
license.
Additionaly there's no file COPYING.LESSER which should contain full LGPL
license text, it can be found here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl-3.0.txt
After you fix these problems your project will be approved.
