Hi,
thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! Your tarball is missing the
COPYING file where you usually find the license. Even if you are releasing in
the Public Domain please state so in a COPYING file. Also,
tests/xfer-paces-test.c is missing a copyright and license header. Please
add/update these files and reupload the tarball.
