Follow-up Comment #2, task #14106 (project administration):
material hosted on savannah must be compatible with gplv3+ (or gfdl-1.3+ for
documentation). it's not sufficent to be a free software license. ufl is
clearly not compatible with the gpl. so, no go. (we don't allow the ofl
either, for example.)
in cases where gpl-compatibility is questionable, licens...@fsf.org is the
final arbiter. but this case is not questionable.
