The file and directory permissions look okay to me. The
/var/lock/cvs/web/dhcpdtui directories look okay to me.
What command did you use to check out the repository?
Please verify the contents of the CVS/Root file for us:
cat CVS/Root
It should look something like this:
:ext:n...@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/web/dhcpdtui
If not then please try checking out again using this command in a fresh new
directory.
cvs -z3 -d:ext:n...@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/web/dhcpdtui co dhcpdtui
