Follow-up Comment #5, task #15316 (project administration):
We have a policy of only hosting GPL-compatible software on Savannah (to say
nothing of proprietary one). At the same time, we have to rely on the admins
of every package to effectively implement it: we can provide them little help
with that. When they have no adequate skills, experience or commitment to do
that job, approving the package would mean dropping our hosting requirements.
