Oh, also, another thing I forgot to mention:
Software::License::GPL_3::or_later has a bug where it returns, for the SPDX
identifier, "GPL-3.0-only" (inherited from Software::License::GPL_3) rather
than the correct "GPL-3.0-or-later". I fixed this bug and reported it here
<https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=134889> (with a patch), but it
hasn't been accepted yet. My installation of Software::License::OrLaterPack
<https://metacpan.org/pod/Software::License::OrLaterPack> has my fix applied,
so any releases I make will have the correct SPDX identifier in META.json and
META.yml. However, if anyone else makes a release, it will have the wrong
identifier "GPL-3.0-only".
Not sure if that's relevant, but I thought I'd mention it.
