This is my current README that I added:

                                                        HEART
        Heart is a free/libre implementation of the Scheme
programming language valuing both simplicity and ease of
use. It is currently not usable and very much in deveolpment,
but still actively being worked on.

        Heart is free software licensed under the GPLv3. A copy
of it is available in the COPYING file. Any binaries distributed
with Heart are available freely (as in freedom), and you have
permission to run, modify, distribute, and distribute modified
versions of them under the terms of the GNU GPLv3 or any later
version.

Is that good?
