A new spare disk was added and the RAID array reassembled correctly. Several checks including debsums -s, bzr sig checks and look at previously reported-missing files were performed, indicating that the filesystem is eventually safe, despite the messy (yet probably read-only) degradation that initially happened. So we assume it's safe to continue as-is (without reverting to the latest backup at J-24h). Happy hacking! -- The Savannah Hackers
