Savannah is software hosting site with support for Git as version control system since 2007 https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4906 http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/UsingGit
I am not sure if I found the correct email addresses to post to, but would you be interested in announcing Git User's Survey 2010 (which will last from 1 September to 15 October 2010) for user's of Savannah (both GNU and non-GNU variants)? One of places that come to mind is "Latest News" section: https://savannah.gnu.org/news/ One of the goals of this survey is to find how Git is used, provide with feature suggestions, and otherwise help understand users' needs. It would be interesting to hear a voice of users of Savannah; well, those that are using Git. Perhaps something as simple as this (it is only a proposal): --- The Git User's Survey 2010 is now up!. Please take a short while to answer the questions; it'll help the Git community understand your needs, and overall help improve it.
The survey would be open from 1 September till 15 October 2010.
The results will be published at GitSurvey2010 page on Git Wiki --- (you can use http://tinyurl.com/GitSurvey2010 to link to survey instead, if you prefer having memorizable URL). Thanks in advance. -- Jakub Narebski on behalf of Git Development Community
