Nice initiative. I would like for the NCs not to depend on document_page, but that 's just a "nice to have". Maybe I make an MP for that later.
Regarding the blueprint, I suppose "= General Settings =" means "= Management System (General) Settings". I would remove these options: * Enable multi-company: this should be automatically installed if multi-company is activated. * Manage actions: it's only instrumental to other options, such as NCs.
