restart option in outputs/icecast2.ml is not an easy task.
It should be reviewed and tested so that:
* We isolate actions related to icecast2.ml to actions related to
underlying audio data
* We understand better current mechanism. Some small shanges (calling
parent class at begining instead of end in vorbis's to_shout stop..) make
it fail but we don't understand why
