I think what the reporter means is tht perhaps this "no space left" could
be because of for instance some file downladed by an external request like
ftp://
I don't know what can hapen in those cases, I guess that the download will
fail and the request too, but we perhaps can cleanup more tmporary files
(do't know how it is done for now)..
But I agree, it's a major failure, so we shouldn't do anything when it
happens, but try our best to to raise it :)
