Hi Peter, The precise condition is: you can only remove an item if it's not in the primary queue (as opposed to the secondary queue). The size of the primary queue is affected by the parameters "length", and "default_duration": typically, set them to equal values (e.g. 30.) to get a primary queue of size one.
