This backtrace is great! It confirms that one of our ocaml-* bindings is
messy. It is likely that the mess is not so important, and only some
versions of glibc complain about the double free. Unfortunately, the
backtrace does not say which binding is wrong. Can you reproduce that with
a dummy output, a file output, etc ?
