Fix enhanced type error messages

I have enhanced type error messages by stripping out some information. In most
cases it's much better, but the approach is too aggressive in some cases,
because it's only designed to show superficial mismatches:
fallback(transitions=[fun(~l)->1]). Also need to check what happens on
occurs-check and other less local checks.
