The libaacplus is not and official package. You can find it here :
http://www.debian-multimedia.org/
It has very little dependencies so I think that you should be able to
install the package from testing provided here on a Lenny without problems.
This library is used to stream in AAC format so it is not really mandatory.
If you plan to stream in ogg or mp3 you don't need it and can simply comment
it in PACKAGES.
