Romain Beauxis resolved LS-383.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
External encoder code has been completely rewritten in 1.0.. I think that the
bug should be tested against a recent version. Also, the builtin aacplus
encoder is now stable.
I'm closing now but feel free to reopen if needed.
