While testing an ogg/theora video, a came across the following video rate:
29.970 fps
I realize now that we should have paid more attention to the fact that video
rate maybe fractions..
We should split the video rate in liquidsoap into a numerator/denumerator too I
believe. Otherwise many things wont work properly, including rate conversion.
