Fixed in 9be03b98db41:
Fix tricky exception sematics mistake:
[Ogg.End_of_stream] was intended to be raised when end of _data_ has
been reached, but was reused in [Ogg_demuxer] to mean that end of _logical_
stream..
This caused stream decoder to not detect disconnected sockets..
