Summary: output.icecast: no timetout for connect (currently takes 3 minutes
if server doesn't respond) (was: follow LS557: process still partially stuck
when connecting to a "closed" port)
The freeze part of this bug should have been covered in LS-527 and LS-532, but
not the connect() timeout part, so I renamed it.
