Thanks for doing it, Sam. You're welcome to do more. A few things that come to
mind, in decreasing order of importance: remove doc about building from SVN,
remove code for putting SVN info into liquidsoap's version, perhaps change +svn
into +hg, change doc-svn into doc-hg, etc.
