Agreed with Romain, there's no easy solution, we're missing some features. A
possible (but not easy) way to solve this would be to add an http input that
would limit its download rate according to its clock. (A related but different
missing feature would be an http input that drives a clock according to the
download rate. That would be perfect for ripping or relaying a live stream.)
