sends the additional urlencoded parameters to stream, such as track id from
database for voting.
This is useful to fetch extra data by flash players directly from stream.
Try
http://server:port/admin/metadata.xsl?mount=%2Flive&mode=updinfo&url=id%3D12345,
and you will see «metadata_url» field with value «id=12345» on the Icecast
admin page.
