In the icecast model, the stream titles and descriptions are fixed once for all when a stream is created. You can set them using the parameters "name" and "description" of the output.icecast.*() operators, but you can't change them afterwards.
It would technically be possible to allow a change at the liquidsoap level, but they would only be sent at the next reconnection. I'm not sure there would be much use for that.
