Is liquidsoap an easy install on debian? I spent 2 days trying to install on a
standard install of redhat linux. After I couldn't even get half of the ocaml
packages to compile and install, I seeked out the help of others....it took 4
different IT professionals to get it all installed (and 2 weeks of time)
because of the god-aweful amount of dependencies that were missing and the
numerous compile errors.
I was only able to get it to finally successfully compile and install with
ocaml-mad disabled. However, I need mad now and im dreading trying to get
ocaml-mad installed because it just wouldn't work (4 different very
well-experiened linux admins couldn't do it).
On debian is it really just a simple install that goes through without a hitch?
If so, im going to install debian on one of my servers and just go that route
if it really is an easy 1-2-3 process.
LAST QUESTION!! Is the SVN stable for production?
