We introduce ways to control this in SVN, where you could put the two outputs in separate clocks, with a buffer interfacing them with the "main" clock that produces the stream. But the real reason to switch to SVN would be that it would ease interaction with us (exchanging and testing patches). Romain: do you want to work on 0.9.2 or SVN?
