Hi,

Since I have had no experience in broadcasting with Internet Radio, I
thought it
would be wise to ask the advice of the list how to proceed with
structuring show
lists, etc: what type of hierarchy is recommended. At present, I have
loosely
structured it in this fashion:

mp3 || ogg || radio (mp3/ogg for all actual mp3s/oggs; radio for playlists)

        mp3 > announce || archive || music || shows

            > announce > aaa || bbb || ccc || . . . zzz (names of shows);
                        || top || mid (for top-of-hour; for half-hour shows)

            > shows > aaa || bbb || ccc || . . . zzz

        radio > playlists for all shows: Morning || Afternoon || Evening ||
Night

My question: is this a workable scheme, or will it prove to be too
cumbersome. I do not relish the idea of re-structuring later
down the line after tons of stuff has been added. My newbie opinion:
I believe it's better to gt it correctly structured at the beginning.

With this in mind, I would greatly appreciate persons wiser/more
experienced
than myself for their opinions, pointers, and suggestions.

Thanks in advance,
Andre
