I understand your concern and it makes sense. Now, for the technical issue, let's state something clear first: it is not possible to prevent someone from ripping the data. Basically, the data is sent to any listener. Those listener may dump the content of the stream anywhere and, thus obtain a copy of the broadcasted data.. Now, you may still make it harder to dump the stream. I know that some users in the past used to delay the metadata or insert in-track metadata, which causes the stream rippers that cut at new metadata to have wrong files. Otherwise, I do not understand your idea with harbors very well. One thing that comes to my mind at the moment that is related to that would be to stream to different mountpoints. But, in this case, the ususal players will be fooled too. Maybe what you can do in this case is to have a flash player on your frontpage that plays from one mount point to another.. Now, again, these are only workarounds.. But maybe someone here has a better idea ?
