I just had a couple external decoder processes show up as defunct in the
process list. No errors in the liquid soap log. During this time Liquidsoap
was running, but the connections to icecast ended. I let things stay this
way for a few minutes, waiting for the restart_on_crash option to kick in,
but it didn't did. Restarting liquidsoap got things running again.
What's a good wait to recover from this?
