Dear list, Sourcefabric [1] is a not-for-profit organization working on open-source solutions for journalism. They have had a radio solution (campcaster) for a while, and they recently reworked it into a brand new version working on top of liquidsoap. We've been in contact with those guys on this mailing list (hi, jonas) and they invited us in Berlin last year for their ON2 festival. Nice people doing great stuff.
This morning I had the pleasure to read an email from Romain announcing that they finally released their new radio solution, now named Airtime [2]. I haven't tested it, but I'm sure it can be useful to some of you: it might be the software you've been trying to build, or you could at least steal stuff from them ;) In particular, I know they have a great scheduler interface, with a neat mechanism on the liquidsoap side allowing precise control of time slots, and an user-friendly calendar interface on the (web) UI side.
