Soundtouch's detection and compilation is a mess.. Thanks for the
report, I'll prepare another release fixing this soon.

In the mean time, you may either desactivate soundtouch in your
PACKAGES. If you do not need it that should be enough. If you need it,
install libsoundtouch-ocaml-dev from your packages or install 0.1.5 or
below from source and redo configure: it should be detected.
