Hi all! 2011/7/17 Alain Bolli <[email protected]>: > I think I have the same (or similar) problem. > With beta 1, I have 17 metadatas for each played file. I have title of the > song, artist's name, filename ... > With beta 2 and the same liq script I have only seven metadatas and I don't > have the title of the song and the artists name. I have the filename.
I am willing to help debugging this. However, I need more informations.. In particular, you can test what metadata are retrieved when liquidsoap resolves a request (file) by doing this: liquidsoap -r /path/to/file.mp3 It would be nice to have some files whose metadata should/were decoded but are not. Also, you should make sure that you have compiled liquidsoap with taglib, which does metadata for all mp3 tracks. Finally, a report to our bug tracker is always better since it helps us to keep track of the pending issues: http://dev.sourcefabric.org/browse/LS Romain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5 Ways to Improve & Secure Unified Communications Unified Communications promises greater efficiencies for business.
