Hi Martin,

This is the way it has to be with ogg: metadata updates require a new
track. It's not something special with liquidsoap. It is a known issue
that most players stop at the end of a track, and hence do not play
correctly a multi-track ogg stream. There is an agreement that this a
bug/limitation of media players. If you want to work around it, you
have to drop metadata and merge tracks (I believe there is something
written in the FAQ about that). Otherwise, inform your users and point
them to a media players that supports streams with metadata, such as
ogg123.
