Often you can find the error in the log. It's annoying but I don't see a solution for now... some errors are detected at startup, but others only when we start streaming, already detached.
Sometimes, liquidsoap could not even open the log file. In last resort, run it manually (with the correct user/group) to find out what's wrong.
