this is definitely not possible. I would guess it means how many
connections can be waiting, ready to jump in if the current input.harbor
connection drops. That's what I understand fro the documentation anyway
where it specifies how many "pending requests" are allowed per port.
I'd like to hear Liquidsoap team's input on this.
