Good to know Martin. The reason I'm mentioning the telnet commands is because Azat's report mentions a crash in the duppy scheduler non-blocking queue, which is not used by the harbor input, except for telnet commands.
Additionally, the only place where input.harbor may throw a bad file descriptor error into a duppy queue is with the status command: https://github.com/savonet/liquidsoap/blob/master/src/sources/harbor_input.ml#L100 I will push a potential fix for this very soon and keep you guys updated.
